WALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH) announced today that its Board of Directors approved the first quarter 2020 dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $.25 per share at its meeting held on January 29, 2020. The Company will pay this first quarter 2020 dividend on April 8, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 17, 2020.
