Inszone Insurance Acquires Access Avenue Insurance, Inc.

Continued Expansion in California

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today that it has acquired Access Avenue Insurance, Inc, located in Lake Forest, California.

Access Avenue Insurance, Inc. is a family owned agency, and has been servicing California and the Lake Forest area for over 33 years. Founded by Mike Gomberg, the agency has focused on providing coverage primarily to customers in the personal insurance preferred lines market. Access Avenue Insurance employees will continue operating out of the existing location in Lake Forest.

The acquisition of Access Avenue Insurance is part of a larger expansion and growth by Inszone Insurance, and becomes the eleventh acquisition for the company.
