Forbes Names Vivint Smart Home One of “America's Best Employers for Diversity” for Second Consecutive Year

Vivint is one of 500 companies in the U.S. to receive recognition for dedication to diversity and an outstanding work culture

PROVO, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vivint Smart Home, a leading smart home company in North America, today announced Forbes named it one of “America's Best Employers for Diversity” in 2020. Forbes also named Vivint a best employer for diversity in 2019. The annual list recognizes 500 companies across all industries that demonstrate a dedication to diversity and an outstanding work culture.

Forbes worked with research firm Statista to compile the “America’s Best Employers for Diversity” list based on an independent survey of more than 60,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in their U.S. operations. The survey asked employees to give their opinion on a series of statements on the topics of age, gender equality, ethnicity, disability, LGBTQ+ and general diversity concerning their employer.
