MCInfo Adds New California Motor Carrier Insurance Forms

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National Online Registries, LLC (NOR) recently expanded its offerings to include two new California-specific forms, REG 1323 and REG 1325. REG 1323, Certificate of Insurance for Private Carriers of Passengers, and REG 1325, Notice of Cancellation of Insurance, are now available in NOR’s Motor Carrier Information Exchange (MCInfo) system.

California’s Private Carrier of Passengers Certificate Program mandates the usage of the forms, which provide proof that private carriers transporting passengers maintain adequate insurance coverage. Insurers of private passenger carriers can now generate and submit forms REG 1323 and REG 1325 in MCInfo.

MCInfo also allows users to file the common forms E, H and K nationwide. In all participating states, users can take advantage of MCInfo’s automatic data population and robust reporting capabilities.
