Arnall Golden Gregory Elects Five New Partners for 2020

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arnall Golden Gregory LLP is pleased to announce that Michael R. Bargar, Kathryn Baldwin Hecker, Tanner J. Ivie, Vidhi R. Shah and Matthew V. Wilson were elected partners in the firm, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Michael J. Bargar has significant experience representing trustees, creditors, and debtors in a wide range of bankruptcy matters from handling trustee fraudulent-transfer and preferential-transfer law suits and avoidance actions, to prosecuting complaints and obtaining judgments for creditors.

Kathryn Baldwin Hecker focuses her practice on complex wealth transfer planning, including federal and state wealth transfer taxation, international wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, and charitable planning. She is experienced in complex probate and estate administration, as well as the preparation of gift and estate tax returns.

Tanner D. Ivie is a corporate attorney representing private and public companies in transactional and securities matters, including private offerings and syndications for corporate and real estate funds, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, SEC compliance issues, and corporate governance and operational matters.

Vidhi R. Shah is an experienced real estate attorney representing owners, developers, equity investors, and lenders in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of office buildings, multifamily properties, hotels, retail properties, mixed use assets located across the United States.
