BitTitan Expands Corporate Development Team to Pursue Acquisition Opportunities

BitTitan’s newly established corporate development division to help drive M&A growth initiatives

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BitTitan, the developer of MigrationWiz and global leader in managed services automation, today announced the launch of its M&A growth initiative with the hiring of Kirk Swanson as corporate development associate. With the newly-added role, BitTitan plans to strengthen its market position through strategic investments in the enterprise cloud space.

Specifically, BitTitan is interested in identifying companies with cloud-based SaaS solutions and a strong presence with IT service providers or managed service providers (MSPs). Moreover, the company is uniquely positioned to consummate an acquisition quickly.

Swanson comes to BitTitan after nearly five years at D.A. Davidson & Co. in Seattle, the largest full-service investment firm headquartered in the Northwest, where he was most recently an associate in the investment banking group. In this role, Swanson advised public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and strategic advisory assignments. He previously held roles at Boeing and T-Mobile. Swanson earned a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in economics, both from Pacific Lutheran University.
