Kramer Levin Welcomes Real Estate Partner in New York

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kramer Levin is pleased to announce that Nathalia Bernardo has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice as a partner in the New York office.

Ms. Bernardo represents clients on a broad range of real estate capital market transactions, including joint ventures, ground leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, development, leasing and management. From private equity firms, institutional real estate investment advisors and family offices to high net worth individuals and private real estate owners, her clientele regularly transact both domestic and international deals involving residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use assets.

Ms. Bernardo serves as an adjunct professor of law at Cornell University Law School, and an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. She received her JD, cum laude, from Boston College and her BBA, summa cum laude, from George Washington University.

Ms. Bernardo is joining the firm from Paul Hastings, where she was a partner. Her arrival underscores Kramer Levin’s commitment to diversity. Over the past three years, 50 percent of all new Kramer Levin partners were women.
