Wou has spent the entirety of her legal career focused on real estate transactions. She represents a diverse range of clients, including domestic and foreign banks and lending institutions, as well as property owners, in connection with the acquisition, development and financing of office and mixed-use properties, multi-family projects, hotels and resorts, condominium projects and retail/commercial centers. Wou’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including loans secured by multiple properties, revolving credit facilities, syndicated loans, subordinate and mezzanine financings, securitized debt and construction loans.
Prior to joining the firm, Wou spent more than six years at Morrison & Foerster LLP in Los Angeles. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. She completed her J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
