EasyShifts was designed and created in 2008 by a Registered Nurse, who, at the time, was working at three different hospitals. Juggling all those schedules proved to be a challenge. The only way the Nurse knew where he should be at any time was by his reliance on hand-written notes scribbled into his calendar. Finally, after getting home one day from picking up shifts at a hospital where he worked, he decided there had to be a better way to manage his work schedules, and the dream of EasyShifts began.
