Alion Awarded $37M Task Order to Provide Engineering and Technical Services

WASHINGTON--()--The Department of Navy, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI, has awarded Alion Science and Technology, headquartered in McLean, Va., a sixty-month, $37M (if all options are exercised) task order under the SeaPort-e contract to support the Autonomous Maritime Systems Test Center (AMSTC) and Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (UUVs).

Alion will provide design, engineering, software development, test and evaluation, integrated lifecycle logistics support, cyber security and anti-tamper services in support of AMSTC’s missions. Alion will also provide Autonomous Undersea Vehicles (AUV) and UUV operator training and qualification.
