meQuilibrium announced the development of a next generation cognitive solution platform as part of their continued transformation across the human capital management category. Neal Bruce has 25+ years in the HR industry with 11 years as an HR practitioner and 14+ years in product roles with HR software vendors, most recently as the Vice President of product at Globoforce.
