- FMLA Employer Handbook. An easy reference document to help navigate the complexity of the FMLA, this document provides clear definitions on employee eligibility, qualifying conditions and employee rights and obligations. It also contains detailed explanations of employer responsibilities including health benefits and return to work, as well as how to manage intermittent leave and avoid the pitfalls of non-compliance with state and federal laws.
- FMLA Compliance Quiz. This 10-question, multiple-choice, interactive quiz presents a variety of FMLA scenarios that a HR team can potentially face, including state leave requirements, return to work policies and qualifying conditions.
- 2018 Caring Report.
