More Than 80 Agencies across North America Purchase Superion Public Safety Software in Early 2018

LAKE MARY, Fla.--()--Superion, an industry leader in public sector software solutions, announced that more than 80 public safety agencies recently purchased software from Superion, joining the nearly 2,000 local governments and public safety agencies who use Superion products. By choosing Superion, these agencies power their law enforcement, fire, and 911 dispatch operations, demonstrating their confidence in Superion systems to help them mobilize fast and accurate emergency response, improve safety and livability, and advance digital engagement.

The continuing growth of Superion’s customer base underscores the company’s significant momentum in the public sector market, and provides further proof that public safety agencies are seeking deeper connections, smarter data sharing, and flexible options to strategically direct their resources – and in some cases add more resources – toward protecting and serving communities, preventing crime, and conserving taxpayer dollars. Superion public safety solutions address these needs through embedded automation and analytics that streamline and unify critical functions; a broad set of applications spanning the full spectrum of public safety operations, from emergency dispatch and records management to crime analytics and false alarm management in a single, unified suite; and technology advances directly targeted to leveraging the potential of AI, cloud computing, and IoT.

For example, in New Hampshire, the Manchester Police Department chose the complete suite of fully integrated Superion public safety solutions, including Computer-Aided Dispatch, Records Management, Mobile Field Reporting, and Mobile Computing, citing the solution’s overall excellence and cost effectiveness. Additionally, Bal Harbour, Florida, also selected the complete Superion suite, primarily due to the overall solution architecture, which required the least amount of integration with third-party programs as compared to other vendors. In both cases, these agencies recognized the benefits of Superion’s agile and unified suite, which requires less effort to integrate with other systems and data than alternative solutions.

Some of the more than 80 agencies who recently purchased new or added to Superion systems include:
