One Summit Announces New Executive Director - Dianne M. Lynch

Boston Based Pediatric Cancer Non-Profit Welcomes New Leadership

BOSTON--()--One Summit has appointed Dianne M. Lynch as the organization’s new Executive Director. One Summit is a nonprofit dedicated to building courage, self-confidence and resilience in childhood cancer patients and their families through experiential learning and mentorship with US Navy SEALs.

An accomplished professional in the non-profit, sports marketing and special events industries, Dianne’s professional background includes the New England Patriots, Major League Soccer, Golf Fights Cancer and Family Reach. Dianne brings to One Summit a unique perspective within the world of cancer. A caregiver, patient, survivor and passionate cancer advocate, she is driven by a deep sense of purpose knowing firsthand the impact of building resilience in pediatric cancer patients and their families.

“As a bereaved parent of a child with cancer I was immediately drawn to One Summit’s mission,” said Dianne. “It reflects my own sense of duty to honor my son and his courageous battle. We taught Jack to live every day as an adventure. I am committed to bringing that strength and resilience to other cancer families.”

As Executive Director, Dianne will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, program implementation and expansion. She will also lead the development of a Post Traumatic Growth research project, mission-based publications, sibling program and bereavement support.

“Dianne’s personal leadership experiences will be critical in expanding our program to help more children and families battling cancer,” said Adam La Reau, One Summit’s Founder and President. “Dianne inspires us with her energy and passion for helping others. We are excited to see what the future holds.”
