HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Norton Rose Fulbright announced today the appointment of Gerard “Gerry” Pecht as its new Global Head of Dispute Resolution and Litigation. Pecht will lead one of the world’s largest litigation practices, with more than 1,100 lawyers worldwide.
Norton Rose Fulbright advises many of the world’s largest corporations and financial institutions on complex, high-value and sensitive multi-jurisdictional disputes. The dispute resolution and litigation group has lawyers working across Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia.
Pecht succeeds Linda Addison as Global Head of Dispute Resolution and Litigation, following her recent election to US Managing Partner. Practicing in the Houston office of Norton Rose Fulbright, Pecht was previously US Head of Securities Litigation, Investigations and SEC Enforcement.
