Wales Business Management’s Llewellyn P. Haden, Jr. Appointed Officer of Georgia Music Partners

ATLANTA--()--Georgia Music Partners (GMP) and The Recording Academy® Atlanta Chapter announced today the appointment of Llewellyn P. Haden, Jr. as treasurer. Haden is president of Wales Business Management, an advisory firm specializing in the business affairs of high-profile clients, many of whom are in the entertainment and sports industries. GMP is a non-profit advocate for promoting the business of music and related music technology in the state of Georgia.

Andrew J. Schutt, partner of Arnall Golden and Gregory LLP and GMP secretary, said, “Having Llew join the GMP team is big for our young organization. His influence, connections and his participation will have a positive impact on the music business here in the state.”

“Georgia has huge potential for growing its share of music business,” said Haden. “The diversity of the music here, strong workforce and ease of doing business means we have the ingredients for successfully navigating a rapidly changing industry.”

Haden has spent more than 20 years in senior management positions in banking, logistics and investment management. He worked at The First National Bank of Atlanta; Interspe, USA, Inc., a subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar German company; and Albemarle Corporation before starting Wales Business Management. He has also served the community and other social causes, such as “I Have a Dream"® Foundation, which provides college tuition assistance to children in low-income communities, Leadership Atlanta and Zoo Atlanta, where he helped to revitalize the organization into one of the top zoos in the nation.
