Dumpling Time’s outpost at the Warehouse Food Hall will introduce a streamlined, fast-casual iteration of the concept, offering counter service and a thoughtful selection of the restaurant's most popular dishes. Having frequented the food hall during previous visits to Boise, the team recognized the downtown dining destination as a natural fit for Dumpling Time's approachable, lively take on dumplings and small plates.
"Boise has been incredibly welcoming to us since we first became part of its restaurant community with Raibu Sushi Bar, and we're excited to continue building on that relationship," said Kash Feng, Co-Founder and CEO of Omakase Restaurant Group. "The Warehouse Food Hall is a place we've enjoyed visiting, and knew its energy and casual atmosphere would be a great match for Dumpling Time. This new format allows us to bring some of our favorite dishes to Boise in a way that feels right at home in the food hall."
Known for its modern interpretations of traditional Asian dumplings, Dumpling Time emphasizes bold flavors, quality ingredients, and handmade preparations. The Warehouse Food Hall outpost will feature a condensed menu of guest favorites, including Xi'an Dumplings, inspired by Feng's family recipe; Xiao Long Bao, delicate soup dumplings filled with savory broth; pan-seared Gyoza. Other Dumpling Time staples, such as Shrimp Toast, Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, and Scallion Noodles, reflect the restaurant's playful approach to familiar flavors.
The opening represents another milestone for Omakase Restaurant Group as it continues to expand its presence beyond Northern California. Following the introduction of Raibu Sushi Bar, Dumpling Time brings to Boise quick, accessible meals that complement the variety of culinary offerings at the Warehouse Food Hall.
