RealManage Appoints Charlotte Hutchins as Chief Human Resources Officer

HR executive brings more than 20 years of experience in talent development, organizational strategy, and workforce planning to support continued growth

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RealManage, one of the country’s leading community association management companies, today announced the appointment of Charlotte Hutchins as chief human resources officer. Hutchins joins the company’s executive leadership team and will lead its human resources strategy, drawing on her expertise across large, multi-location organizations, including private equity-backed businesses. Her expertise in talent development, organizational design, and acquisition integrations will support RealManage’s ongoing expansion.

“The service we deliver to our communities starts with our associates and the leaders who support them,” said Jose Costa, CEO of RealManage. “Hutchins’ experience developing talent across large organizations will help us build strong teams across each of our markets and maintain the service our boards and residents expect.”

Most recently, Hutchins served as chief people officer at United Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchisee, where she led organizational design and workforce planning. At Dollar General, she held senior HR leadership roles, including vice president of human resources, and led talent development and succession planning across approximately 12,000 stores. She previously served as vice president of human resources for North America at Sitel, where she oversaw HR operations across 26 locations and 13,000 associates. Her earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Office Depot and AutoZone.

“My first priority is to get to know our teams and understand where we can better support them,” said Hutchins. “I want associates to see a future for themselves at RealManage and have the support and opportunities to build their careers here. I’m looking forward to working with our leaders to make that possible.”

At RealManage, Hutchins will work with leaders across the company’s markets to align workforce planning with its 2027 business plans and advance compensation initiatives. These efforts will support the company’s ability to attract and retain associates, develop future leaders, and deliver consistent service as its operations grow.
