Advicenne (Euronext Growth Paris - FR0013296746 - ALDVI), a pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and marketing of innovative treatments for people suffering from rare kidney diseases, today informs its shareholders that the hearing marking the end of the observation period under the safeguard proceedings will be held on November 9, 2026, before the Paris Commercial Court. Consequently, the Company will provide an update on the next steps in the safeguard proceedings upon receipt of the court’s decision following the hearing.

The observation period was initially scheduled to end on November 5, 2026, with the possibility of extension for an additional six months.
