As the ASEAN region’s premier gaming exposition, Gamescom Asia serves as a critical bridge connecting developers, publishers, investors, and cloud technology leaders across the global gaming ecosystem.

Designed under the Large-Small Business Joint Overseas Expansion Support Program, implemented by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) and the Korea Foundation for Cooperation of Large & Small Business, Rural Affairs (KOFCA)—a joint initiative between Megazone Cloud and KOSA—the pavilion is curated to help Korean tech and gaming pioneers establish a strong foothold and scalable sales channels across Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian market.

End-to-End Value Chain Representation

The joint pavilion features 10 South Korean companies representing various segments of the gaming industry value chain, from game development and production audio to Web3, publishing, fintech payments, and cybersecurity:

  • Game Development & Content: Hound13, STUDIO EIM, SUNCYAN, Deother, PHI PLAYWORKS, PLAY Mephistowaltz, and Fruits Ghost.
  • Publishing & Web3: Blomics.
  • Payment & Fintech Solutions: NewPlay.
  • Anti-Cheat & Game Security: Wellbia.com.

Throughout the two-day B2B exhibition, participating companies are engaging in targeted 1-on-1 business matchmaking meetings with leading Thai game studios, regional publishers, and platform operators to explore specific market needs and potential partnerships.

Business Networking: 'MEGA NIGHT'

Ahead of the exhibition, Megazone Cloud and KOSA co-hosted 'MEGA NIGHT' on October 28 at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok in cooperation with Thailand’s Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa).

The networking event brought together nearly 60 key decision-makers and C-level executives from across the Korean and ASEAN gaming landscapes. Kittipong Prucksa-aroon, President of the Thai Game Software Industry Association (TGA), delivered a keynote highlighting market trends, player demographics, and business opportunities within Thailand’s rapidly growing gaming sector.

Following the keynote, all 10 Korean companies presented their games, technologies, and services to local industry representatives.

Post-Event Growth and Ecosystem Support

Following the event, KOSA and Megazone Cloud will work with participating companies to follow up on discussions with potential Thai partners and support their next steps in the market.
