Ellucian Verifies Full Evisions Suite for all Ellucian SaaS SIS and ERP Solutions

FormFusion and IntelleCheck join Argos as Ellucian Verified for SaaS solutions.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Evisions' document automation and payment automation products, FormFusion and IntelleCheck, received Ellucian Verified for SaaS status for all Ellucian SaaS SIS and ERP solutions on September 24, 2026, completing SaaS verification across the company's core suite alongside its Argos reporting platform.

The verification confirms that FormFusion and IntelleCheck run against all Ellucian SaaS SIS and ERP solutions. Institutions moving their ERP to Ellucian's cloud keep the forms, letters, checks and payment workflows they already run on those products, with the same vendor and the same product. Evisions guides each institution through the transition, so the move to SaaS happens on the campus's timeline with the workflows staff already know.

The timing matches a priority campus technology leaders have named for the coming year. In its 2027 Top 10 issues list, EDUCAUSE identifies reducing friction as a core challenge, with technology teams working to integrate disjointed systems, cut technical debt and simplify the campus digital ecosystem. The same list notes that those teams are expected to do this with flat or shrinking resources. An ERP migration that forces a second migration of every connected system works against both goals.
