Super.com Appoints Bernard Kim and Isabelle Winkles to its Board of Directors

Former Match Group CEO and former Braze CFO join as Super.com enters its next phase of growth.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Super.com, the savings super app for everyday Americans, today announced the appointment of Bernard Kim and Isabelle Winkles to its board as independent directors.

The appointments follow Super.com's $65 million Series D led by TPG at a $1.2 billion valuation, announced in July. The company surpassed $200 million in net revenue in 2025, serves nearly one million Super+ members, and has delivered more than $1 billion in savings to members since 2016.

“Bernard and Isabelle bring firsthand experience navigating the milestones ahead of us,” said Hussein Fazal, CEO of Super.com. “Bernard has led some of the world’s most recognizable brands and understands how to build lasting loyalty at scale. Isabelle has guided a finance organization through key transitions, bringing the financial discipline and operational rigor that growth demands. Their expertise will be invaluable as we grow Super.com and help millions of Americans keep more in their wallets.”

Kim brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling global consumer platforms. He served as chief executive officer of Match Group (NASDAQ: MTCH), the parent company of Tinder, Hinge, and Match, from 2022 to 2025. Before that he was president of Zynga for six years, helping lead the company's turnaround and its $12.7 billion acquisition by Take-Two Interactive, and spent nearly a decade at Electronic Arts as senior vice president of mobile. He is a director of Unity Software (NYSE: U) and previously served on the board of Five Below (NASDAQ: FIVE).

Winkles is chief financial officer of Exam Group and previously served as chief financial officer of Braze (NASDAQ: BRZE), where she led the company through its 2021 initial public offering and more than four years as a public company. Earlier, she was vice president of finance and chief of staff to the CFO at Cognizant, following 18 years at Morgan Stanley, where she rose to managing director in corporate treasury. She is a director and chair of the Audit Committee of Webtoon Entertainment (NASDAQ: WBTN). Winkles will also serve as chair of the board's Audit Committee.

“I’ve spent my career building consumer businesses where you have to earn your customers’ loyalty every single day,” said Kim. “Super.com is tackling something that matters to millions of people: helping them get more value out of every dollar. That’s an incredibly powerful foundation for building one of the next great consumer platforms. I’m excited to work with Hussein and the team to help realize that ambition.”

“Super.com has built a scalable business focused on consumer needs,” said Winkles. “Having helped guide companies through significant stages of growth, I know how important it is to pair ambition with financial discipline. I’m excited to work with Hussein, the leadership team, and my fellow directors to support Super.com’s next chapter and help the company scale toward long-term sustainable growth."
