SOAR AI Releases Investor Presentation Outlining its Planned Path from the Initial $1.17 Billion of Contracted Orders to a Multi-Site AI Infrastructure Platform

The presentation highlights contracted revenue, the Ohio deployment plan, a phased capital plan and the Company’s growth roadmap following completion of the merger and rebrand

NORTH CANTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SOAR AI, Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR) (“SOAR AI” or the “Company”), today announced that it has released an updated investor presentation providing an overview of its AI infrastructure business, contracted customer orders, deployment plan and growth strategy. The presentation is available in the Investors section of the Company’s website at ir.soarai.com and has been furnished with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) in a Current Report on Form 8-K.

The presentation is the Company’s first comprehensive investor overview since completing its merger with Alignment Engine Inc. on September 11, 2026 and changing its name to SOAR AI, Inc. on October 19, 2026. The Company expects to use the presentation, in whole or in part and possibly with modifications, in connection with various presentations to potential investors, analysts, and other interested parties. The information included in the presentation is summary information that should be considered in the context of the Company’s filings with the SEC and other public announcements the Company has made or may make from time to time.

Presentation Highlights

  • Contracted demand before first service: A master services agreement and two four-year, take-or-pay orders with a large AI customer represent $1.17 billion in aggregate contract value and are expected to provide for approximately $133 million in customer prepayments.
  • Contracted revenue profile: Based on contractual start dates, the signed orders are expected to generate $175 million to $200 million of revenue in 2027 and approximately $294 million of annual revenue once both orders are in full service.
  • Revenue support for the first deployment: A three-year revenue backstop of approximately $215 million supports the initial deployment of 4,096 AMD Instinct™ MI355X GPUs.
  • Clear path to service: The Ohio campus is targeted for internal power-on by November 30, 2026, with the initial GPU deployment targeted to be ready for service on December 31, 2026. The second contracted deployment of 4,032 AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs on the Helios rack-scale platform could enter service as early as April 2027, ahead of its June 30, 2027 contractual start date.
  • Room to grow: Two additional 4,032-GPU MI455X tranches for future customers are planned for 2027, which could bring the Ohio campus to as many as 16,192 GPUs. The site has 154 MW of power available today and a roadmap to 480 MW.
  • Disciplined, phased capital plan: Each deployment phase will be committed only when its customer contracts and financing are in place and are expected to be funded through a combination of customer prepayments, equipment and senior debt, and equity.
  • Repeatable model: The Company is actively pursuing a scalable, repeatable growth strategy by exploring additional AI infrastructure locations in the United States and internationally, including repurposed industrial sites and greenfield sites with access to behind-the-meter power.

“Over the past six weeks, we closed our merger, signed $1.17 billion of take-or-pay orders and completed our rebrand to SOAR AI,” said Chris Ensey, Chief Executive Officer of SOAR AI. “We have contracted demand and a powered site moving toward service at year-end, and we are building a platform designed to scale well beyond Ohio.”

“This presentation lays out what is contracted, when we expect it to generate revenue and how each phase will be funded,” said Mark Heinen, Chief Financial Officer of SOAR AI. “Our financial structure is designed to align committed customer demand, customer prepayments and project financing with disciplined capital deployment. With approximately $133 million in customer prepayments, a revenue backstop on our initial deployment and take-or-pay contracts that support project financing, we are matching each phase to signed customer demand before committing capital.”

Upcoming Milestones

The presentation also outlines the Company’s anticipated near-term milestones, including its first quarterly report as a combined company, which will be filed with the SEC in mid-November 2026, internal power-on at the Ohio campus expected on November 30, 2026, the initial GPU deployment targeted to be ready for service on December 31, 2026 and the Company’s annual stockholder meeting in December 2026.
