ISC Expands Wholesale Platform with Acquisition of USASIA

Strategic acquisition broadens ISC Wholesale's product offerings, market access, and commercial brokerage capabilities

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ISC announced the acquisition of USASIA, a California-based commercial wholesale brokerage with more than 30 years of experience serving independent insurance agencies. The acquisition represents another strategic investment in ISC Wholesale’s continued growth, expanding its commercial product offerings and strengthening its West Coast wholesale capabilities.

Founded in 1995 by insurance industry veteran Shirley Yeung, USASIA specializes in commercial property and casualty insurance, offering solutions that include commercial property, general liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, professional liability, umbrella, cyber, and management liability. Over the past three decades, the company has built long-standing relationships with independent agencies and carrier partners while earning a reputation for responsive service and underwriting expertise.
