Corporate Shareholder Josh Pleitz Joins Munsch Hardt’s M&A Practice in Dallas

Transactional dealmaker known for business-minded counsel to NYSE- and Nasdaq-listed companies

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. has added Josh Pleitz as a Shareholder in its Corporate & Securities and M&A practices. Pleitz brings more than 16 years of experience advising public and private companies, private equity funds and institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, strategic investments and other corporate matters.
