Great Day Improvements Names Grant Davis Chief Executive Officer

TWINSBURG, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great Day Improvements, a national leader in home improvement, today announced the appointment of Grant Davis as Chief Executive Officer.

Davis is a proven leader with more than 25 years in the home improvement and building materials industry. Since joining Great Day in 2025 as Chief Retail Officer, he has worked closely with the leadership teams at Champion Windows & Home Exteriors, Universal Windows Direct, Leafguard, Englert, and Patio Enclosures.

Davis succeeds Drew Weinfurtner who will be leaving the company to pursue other entrepreneurial interests. Ed Weinfurtner has recently announced that he will retire as Executive Chairman of the board. The Weinfurtners, who led the growth of Great Day for over a decade, remain investors and will continue to serve as board members in support of Davis.

Earlier, he spent 12 years at Renewal by Andersen, where he led the Chicago market and later ran the company's retail operations across several states.
