Bilt Adds JetBlue as Newest Transfer Partner, Offering More Ways to Turn Housing Payments Into Award-Winning Travel Experiences

JetBlue TrueBlue® becomes Bilt's 27th travel partner, putting a network that spans the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada, and Europe within reach of everyday housing payments

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bilt, the membership that connects where you live with the places you love, and JetBlue today announced a partnership that allows Bilt Members to transfer Bilt Points directly to JetBlue TrueBlue, the airline’s loyalty program, at a 1:1 ratio. Starting today, every 1,000 Bilt Points transferred becomes 1,000 TrueBlue points, turning housing payments into travel across a network of more than 100 destinations throughout the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada, and Europe. JetBlue becomes the 27th travel partner in the Bilt neighborhood.

The fit is a natural one with both brands heralding New York City roots and the airline’s extensive network in cities like New York, Boston, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles and San Juan. JetBlue is known for pairing great value with an award-winning onboard experience that includes free, high-speed Fly-Fi® Wi-Fi, live TV at every seat, and complimentary snacks and drinks. In 2026, JetBlue earned its second consecutive JD Power Award for ranking #1 in Customer Satisfaction among First/Business Class Passengers,1 recognizing the airline's continued investment in delivering an exceptional premium travel experience.

"Members have been asking us for JetBlue for a really long time, and it's easy to see why," said Ankur Jain, Founder and CEO of Bilt. "It's New York's hometown airline, it flies to a lot of the places our members already want to go, and it keeps the cost of getting there well within reach. Every partner we add makes the points members earn on housing payments go even further, and that's what keeps this neighborhood growing: more homes, more Bilt Members, and more places to use their points. JetBlue is a big addition, and we’re excited that it happens to be right in our own backyard."

”Our focus with TrueBlue is making it easy for customers to earn and use their points in ways that work best for them,” said Ed Pouthier, vice president of loyalty and personalization, JetBlue. “With Bilt, members have another option to put their points toward JetBlue travel, while JetBlue Cardmembers can add their cards to the Bilt app to access additional earning opportunities, with more cardmember features coming soon.”

Bilt Points can now be transferred to JetBlue TrueBlue at a 1:1 ratio in the Bilt app or at Bilt.com, in increments of 1,000 Bilt Points and with a minimum transfer of 1,000 Bilt Points (2,000 for Bilt Members with Blue Status). Members will need to link their TrueBlue account before their first transfer. Bilt is one of the few major points programs that transfers to JetBlue at a 1:1 ratio.

With JetBlue, Bilt now offers 27 travel partners across airlines, hotels, and rail, with 24 of them at a 1:1 transfer ratio, continuing as the largest 1:1 transfer partner network of any major points program.

TrueBlue membership is free, as is Bilt membership, and TrueBlue points can be redeemed for both JetBlue flights and select flights across JetBlue’s partner airlines.
