Hyalomatrix is a regenerative matrix built on hyaluronic acid technology to support tissue regeneration and complex wound healing. The technology joins EmeraNova’s growing toolbox of solutions designed to help clinicians address tissue loss, prepare wound beds and support healing across a wide range of care settings.

The addition of Hyalomatrix further strengthens EmeraNova's commitment to building one of the industry's most comprehensive platforms of tissue restoration technologies, by working together with innovative companies developing advanced regenerative, diagnostic and therapeutic solutions.

"What makes Hyalomatrix so exciting is that it’s a well-established technology backed by years of clinical experience," said EmeraNova President & CEO Jaime Leija. "With its foundation in hyaluronic acid, a natural component of healthy skin, Hyalomatrix provides clinicians with another robust option for managing both acute and chronic wounds. Through our collaboration, we're helping bring renewed attention to a trusted regenerative solution and expanding access to a technology that deserves a place in more care settings.”

The technology is indicated for a broad range of applications, including surgical wounds, trauma wounds, partial- and full-thickness wounds, partial thickness second-degree burns, chronic vascular ulcers, diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers and tunneling wounds. Its versatility allows clinicians to utilize the product across multiple specialties where effective tissue regeneration is critical.

"We're proud to partner with EmeraNova at a time when tissue restoration is evolving so rapidly," said Andrew Dunn, CEO of Halo Biosystems. “They’ve created a unique platform that brings together innovative technologies under a shared commitment to advancing patient care. Hyalomatrix is backed by clinical data and 22 peer-reviewed publications, and we’re excited to bring solutions to more clinicians than ever before.”

The collaboration reflects EmeraNova's continued strategy of identifying and commercializing technologies that complement its tissue restoration platform. Through its national commercialization network, EmeraNova will support broader access to Hyalomatrix across mobile and outpatient wound care centers, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and other sites of care nationwide.
