GHK Capital Partners LP Completes Acquisition of USA Hometown Experts Inc.

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GHK Capital Partners LP (“GHK”), a leading middle-market private equity firm, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of USA Hometown Experts Inc. (“USA Hometown” or the “Company”). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Memphis, TN, USA Hometown is a leading multi-trade residential and commercial services platform offering HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other essential services through eight trusted brands across the Southeastern United States.

GHK’s investment in USA Hometown will enable the Company to accelerate its expansion into new markets, provide additional trades to its customers, and strategically pursue inorganic growth opportunities across a highly fragmented landscape.
