Kutlerri.ai Raises $4M to Give Every Restaurant a Team of AI Agents That Grow Revenue and Cut Costs

HOUSTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kutlerri.ai has raised $4 million from Houston-based Narahari Investments. The company is building a team of AI agents aimed at the two numbers that decide a restaurant's profit: revenue expansion and cost control. It runs each agent for the restaurant and gets paid on results. Its first agent, the Catering Sales Agent, is live in most major US cities. The round scales it and the next agents.

Restaurants have plenty of software, but few that drive revenue

US restaurants will sell $1.55 trillion of food this year, and 42% of them did not make money last year. Before the pandemic, restaurants kept about a nickel of every sales dollar. That nickel is also an opportunity. On a five-cent margin, one extra point is a 20 percent increase in profit. A restaurant's software records the business. None of it is built to grow it. Kutlerri.ai does the work instead, with six agents built one problem at a time.

Agent 1 is catering, and here is why it went first

Catering is a restaurant's biggest ticket, and its most neglected. Marketplaces take 15 to 30 percent and keep the customer. Inbound, Kutlerri.ai's agents answer the phone, send proposals and close the order. Outbound, they map every catering-fit business within 30 miles and work them with multi-touch campaigns.

Kutlerri.ai spent 10 months building it inside RASA, a five-location fast-casual group in the DMV. They booked $450,000 in new catering revenue, more than 10 times what RASA paid, without a single new hire.

The next agents are already inside restaurants. 3P Sales Agent grows delivery revenue. 3P Marketing Spend Optimization Agent cuts the ad spends behind it. Prime Cost Optimization Agent works food and labor. Online Sales and Daily Prep and Waste Control Agents are in build. None goes on sale until it clears the same bar: the problem is solved, an operator will pay, and the value is obvious.
