REPAY Enables Embedded Payments for Emburse, Bringing Automation and Control to Spend

Integration delivers seamless multi-rail payment execution within Emburse’s unified spend platform

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Repay Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: RPAY) (“REPAY”), a leading provider of bill payment solutions, today announced its partnership with Emburse, a global leader in travel and expense management, and integration with its accounts payable (AP) solutions. The integration powers small-to-enterprise organizations across legal services, healthcare, financial services and other key verticals. Bringing together invoice processing, approval workflows and vendor payments in one intuitive platform gives finance teams greater visibility and control over every dollar spent.

Finance teams at scaling organizations face a common challenge: payment operations spread across multiple AP systems, payroll platforms, and banking portals, while regional providers create fragmented workflows that limit visibility and weaken financial control. REPAY's integrations with Emburse's Spend, Pro and Enterprise platforms close those gaps by building payment execution into the software finance teams already use.

Emburse customers can now pay domestic vendors by ACH, virtual card, digital disbursement or check, and finance teams no longer export payment files to banking portals or manage separate release steps.

Payment execution sits inside the approval workflow, so every outbound payment is reviewed and audit ready before funds are released. Replacing paper checks with digital payment methods strengthens security, and finance teams get complete visibility into payment status and execution.

“Finance teams are stuck stitching together disconnected payment processes—and it slows everything down,” said Darin Horrocks, Executive Vice President, Business Payments at REPAY. “We built our integration with Emburse to remove that friction. Payments happen where the work already happens, with the controls finance teams need and none of the manual overhead.”

“For too long, payments have lived outside the systems that actually regulate spend,” said Landon Gordon, Vice President, Product Management, Emburse. “That disconnect is where finance teams lose critical visibility and control. By embedding payment execution directly into Emburse’s software platform through our integrated partnership with REPAY, we’re closing that gap and turning payments into a fully governed part of the spend lifecycle.”

For AP and finance teams, that means less reliance on banking portals and manual funding steps. For employees, it means faster reimbursements without sacrificing oversight or compliance.
