LibertyStream Updates Shareholder Meeting Timing

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc. (TSXV: LIB | OTCQB: VLTLF | FSE: I2D) (“LibertyStream” or the “Company”) announces the postponement of its annual and special meeting of shareholders, originally scheduled for October 15, 2026, to a date to be determined, which is expected to be in the second half of November 2026.

The revised timing is intended to accommodate business updates of the Company and provide shareholders with an opportunity to consider those updates ahead of the meeting.

The Company will announce the confirmed meeting date, set a new record date and distribute revised meeting materials to shareholders in accordance with applicable securities laws.
