Respected Houston Trial Lawyer Ryan Higgins Joins Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger

Move bolsters BOWS acclaimed litigation practice

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Houston-based Bissinger, Oshman, Willliams & Strasburger LLP (BOWS) law firm has added noted civil trial lawyer and litigator Ryan Higgins as an equity partner, bolstering its already acclaimed commercial trial practice.

“Ryan is a great lawyer and we have known and respected him for many years,” said name partner John Strasburger. “His ability to identify the crucial elements of a case and then effectively present to a judge, jury, or arbitrator has made him one of the nation’s foremost trial lawyers. Just as important, he is a trusted colleague who fits the culture of our firm.”

Mr. Higgins represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-profile, high-stakes commercial dispute trials and arbitrations across a wide range of industries. His work on behalf of businesses and individuals centers on contracts, fraud claims, partnerships and shareholders, fiduciary duties, energy, securities and antitrust issues.

“My practice has developed in a way that made this a natural fit for my career,” said Mr. Higgins. “Over the past two decades, I have enjoyed working at a tenacious trial firm, and I see a lot of those same characteristics at BOWS. I am looking forward to working alongside these exceptional attorneys.”

Mr. Higgins joins BOWS from Rusty Hardin & Associates, where he was an equity partner. He previously practiced at Boies Schiller Flexner in New York. He is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and Texas Bar Foundation. His work has earned recognition from The Best Lawyers in America, Texas Super Lawyers and Lawdragon.
