General Mills Recognized on Forbes’ World's Best Employers 2026 List

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--General Mills has been named one of the World’s Best Employers 2026 by Forbes. This prestigious award recognizes organizations setting the gold standard for workplace excellence and is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

General Mills’ results were driven by the company’s work to invest in employees’ development, well-being and a culture where belonging is a daily reality, not simply a stated value.

“At General Mills, our people are at the heart of our success,” said Jacqueline Williams-Roll, Chief Human Resources Officer at General Mills. “We invest in their growth and development, take a whole-person approach to well-being, and work every day to build a culture where everyone feels they belong and can do their best work. Our ambition is to be the best place to grow a career, and we’re proud of our progress.”

The World’s Best Employers were selected based on an independent survey of more than 300,000 employees across 50 countries working for multinational companies with at least 1,000 workers. The final list recognizes the top 900 companies globally. The evaluation asked participants to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family, and evaluated the company on criteria including benefits, talent development and career advancement, work-life balance and company reputation.

This recognition adds to General Mills’ growing list of employer-related accolades, including being named to 3BL’s 100 Best Corporate Citizens 2026 list and Newsweek’s America’s Most Responsible Companies 2026.
