Majesco Fall ’26 Release Advances Intelligence Across Insurance and Retirement with Immersive AI

Major release extends Majesco’s AI leadership with Immersive AI, bringing governed generative and agentic intelligence into the flow of work.

MORRISTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Majesco, a global leader in AI-native insurance and retirement software, today announced its Fall ’26 product release. The release accelerates AI within the Majesco intelligent core solutions which deliver value for customers across insurance and retirement to redefine how work gets done with AI, helping organizations close talent capacity gaps, scale operations to empower growth, and improve business metrics through greater agility and value creation. This release raises the bar again and empowers our customers to transform their business and accelerate their journey to a Frontier Insurer.

“Fall ’26 shows how we are extending intelligence across the platforms our customers rely on every day,” said Manish Shah, President and Chief Product Officer at Majesco. “Generative AI surfaces insight. Agentic AI orchestrates work. Immersive AI gives users a new way to collaborate with AI agents to do work, with the governance needed for production use. Traditional core was designed for human work only. Immersive is designed so the human and agent are working the same case in a shared space together. This is a game-changing approach.”

Across the solutions, over 700+ new capabilities and enhancements are being delivered.

Immersive AI: intelligence inside the work

Immersive AI works inside the core workflow, using on-screen context to surface the work processed by agents, recommend the next action, and complete routine work within defined, trusted guardrails. Fall ’26 significantly extends the core through connecting models, knowledge, tools, agentic workflows, telemetry, and governance across Majesco products. Creating Immersive AI within Majesco Intelligent Core platforms accelerate redefining an operating model built around intelligence, agility, and value creation.

Expanded AI Framework

Fall ’26 expands Majesco’s AI Framework across the P&C, LA&H, and Retirement & Pension Intelligent Core. The AI Framework includes Agent Studio, Agent Console SDK, Agent & Tool Registry, Framework & API, Model Catalog, and MCP to connect and extend capabilities within and beyond Intelligent core. In addition, Telemetry & Metering, Identify & Entitlement, Attribution & Audit, and human-in-loop approval provide unified control of access, validation, accountability and usage across every agent, model, and tool to ensure NAIC governance and regulatory requirements are met.

Advancing P&C Intelligent Solutions

Fall ’26 brings expanded intelligence across P&C policy, billing, claims, loss control, product setup, rating, and quoting:

  • Immersive AI with redesigned user experiences that enable human agents to collaborate seamlessly with AI agents across core workflows.
  • Five new machine learning models surface risk signals, predictive scores, likelihood of quote acceptance, document and data extraction, and operational reporting in the flow of work, bringing innovative models to the workflow.
  • Claims operations enhancements improve payment integrity and adjuster productivity with OFAC recipient screening, CCC content in context, richer claim files, and notes, and upgraded workbench operations.
  • Large-account processing improves throughput with Excel-based schedule download, bulk update and re-upload, background processing, and optimized high-volume billing inquiry.
  • CoreConnect and Enterprise Rating integration link product setup to pricing and quote, speeding the process. Rate Analyzer helps teams compare current and proposed rate programs before deployment. AI-assisted workbook creation can turn an approved filing into a structured workbook in as little as 30 minutes.
  • Loss Control 360 connects Copilot into Majesco Intelligent Core with persistent chat history, session memory, telemetry, and governance. General Liability audit workflows run inside LC360 and connect back to Majesco Policy.

The release also adds large-schedule processing, Premium Audit integration, claims workflow improvements, regulatory updates, and continued cloud, security, telemetry, and upgrade readiness work.

Expanding LA&H Intelligent Solutions and Launch of Intelligent Underwriting Workbench

Fall ’26 brings advancements to LA&H policy, billing and claims across Group, Voluntary Benefits, Worksite and Individual product:

  • The release expands lines of business support to Med Supp and Medical to deliver on the growing demand, particularly for retirees.
  • Redesigned user experiences enable human agents to collaborate seamlessly with AI agents across core workflows.
  • An LA&H agent workforce handles document and email intake, reconciliation, triage, and routing. It completes straight-through work where confidence is high and returns exceptions with source rationale and decision context, while Majesco Copilot helps users review results within the workflow.
  • Six machine learning models improve data quality and decisions including Census Scrubber, Plan Recommender, Renewals, Claims Triage & NIGO, STP Eligibility & Routing and Benefit & Payment Risk.
  • Launches Intelligent Underwriting Workbench for LA&H with out-of-the-box configuration, automated risk scoring, and underwriting capabilities to improve implementation timeframes and accelerate decisions across group and voluntary benefits from quote to underwriting, and renewal. It is deeply integrated with Majesco Policy for LA&H using the same product engine but can be used standalone.
  • Brings intelligence to Majesco IDAM for disability and absence management and provides updated leave rules so teams keep administering confidently as requirements shift.
  • Distribution Management enhancements improve data continuity, payment accuracy, and operational control, while configuration and API improvements help carriers adapt and scale the platform to support a broad array of channels across the various lines of business.

The release also adds billing enhancements and continued cloud, security, telemetry, and upgrade readiness work.

Launching Intelligent V3locity for Retirement & Pension

Majesco is bringing the market’s first intelligent core with embedded AI experience to retirement and pension administration through Intelligent V3locity.

  • Product-conformant configuration and expanded out-of-the-box capabilities reduce customization requirements, lower implementation effort, and improve total cost of ownership.
  • It combines analytics, AI-powered insights, and Majesco Copilot within everyday administration workflows.
  • Dashboards show employer reporting, member service activity, and workflow performance, while Copilot answers questions using member, payment, correspondence, and transaction data.
  • Faster upgrade path enables rapid deployment of newer versions with speed and reliability, minimizing operational disruption and accelerating time-to-value.
  • Additional enhancements include pension summaries, FAE/FAS calculations, configurable employer reporting, and 2026 IRIS-ready tax workflows.
