LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) released the following statement on its recent Department of Justice settlement:
We thank the DOJ for acknowledging our cooperation with its investigation and our proactive remediation. The identified weaknesses were not the result of any bad intent, and we have used the process to strengthen our compliance program.
