TIME, in partnership with Statista, evaluated companies that generated over $100 million in revenue in their last fiscal year. The analysis included survey feedback from approximately 217,000 employees, financial performance indicators for the last five years and publicly available data related to sustainability reporting and transparency.

TIME magazine partnered with Statista to recognize America’s Best Companies, chosen based on an independent survey of roughly 217,000 U.S. employees. Eligible companies (those headquartered in the U.S. that generated over $100 million in revenue in 2024 or 2025) were evaluated across three key categories: employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency. Eligible companies (headquartered in the U.S. with revenues of at least $500 million) were evaluated September to January 2026 through: An independent survey of 25,000 U.S. residents, which resulted in 101,000 company evaluations, on three touchpoints of trust (customer, investor, employee); and social listening analysis (identification and assessment of what was said about a company on various media segments of the internet).
