Monroe Capital Prices $398.9 Million Private Credit CLO

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”), a leading private credit asset manager, today announced the successful pricing of Monroe Capital PC CLO II, LP, a $398.9 million collateralized loan obligation (“CLO”) transaction.

The transaction represents Monroe’s second new-issue CLO completed in 2026 and its fourth CLO transaction over the past 12 months. The CLO is collateralized primarily by a diversified portfolio of senior secured loans to lower middle-market and traditional middle-market companies.

Deutsche Bank served as lead arranger on the transaction. The capital structure includes investment-grade debt tranches rated from AAA through BBB-, and the transaction was structured to meet applicable risk-retention requirements in the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.

“We are pleased with the strong execution of this transaction and the broad support it received from a sophisticated global investor base,” said Zia Uddin, President of Monroe Capital. “This CLO reflects the institutional scale, underwriting discipline, and sourcing advantages we have built across our private credit platform. As borrowers and investors increasingly value certainty, selectivity, and long-term partnership, our focus remains on deploying capital thoughtfully, protecting downside, and generating durable risk-adjusted returns through market cycles.”

“This is a meaningful milestone for Monroe’s structured-solutions platform and reinforces our position as a leading manager of middle-market and private credit CLOs,” said Seth Friedman, Managing Director and Head of Structured Solutions at Monroe Capital. “The transaction reflects our ability to pair high-quality, directly originated collateral with thoughtfully constructed liabilities, delivering a product that meets the needs of sophisticated, ratings-sensitive investors. We remain focused on scaling the platform responsibly, maintaining disciplined credit standards, and delivering consistent execution for our investors and financing partners.”

Monroe has issued more than $13 billion in structured products since inception, including traditional middle-market CLOs, private credit CLOs, broadly syndicated CLOs, asset-backed securitizations, rated feeder vehicles, and collateralized fund obligations (“CFOs”). Monroe’s structured-products platform is led by its senior investment and structured-solutions teams, whose experience across multiple credit cycles supports disciplined portfolio construction and capital-markets execution.

Monroe’s franchise has received recognition across the private credit and structured-credit markets, including DealCatalyst’s 2026 Boutique Private Credit CLO Manager of the Year award in the less-than-$5-billion category and its 2026 Innovative Private Credit CLO Manager award. The firm also received Private Debt Investor’s 2025 CLO Manager of the Year award and Alternative Credit Investor’s 2025 Middle Market CLO of the Year award.

As of July 1, 2026, Monroe Capital had $23.8 billion in assets under management across more than 45 investment vehicles. The firm’s platform includes direct lending and alternative credit funds, venture debt strategies, public and private business development companies, separately managed accounts, and a CLO platform.
