(NYSE: ASBH) (“ASB” or the “Bank”) announced today it will release its third quarter 2026 earnings on Thursday, October 29, 2026, after the market closes. ASB’s earnings release will be posted to the Investor Relations section of the Bank’s website at https://ir.asbhawaii.com/.

ASB will host an earnings conference call and webcast on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern. The call and webcast will include a discussion of the Bank’s third quarter 2026 results, followed by questions from sell-side research analysts participating in the interactive portion of the discussion. Parties listening via the webcast will be in listen-only mode.
