MidFirst Bank Completes Acquisition of Dallas Capital Bank

Acquisition adds premier commercial and private bank with ~$1.2B in assets to MidFirst’s growing Texas footprint

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MidFirst Bank (“MidFirst”), the largest privately owned bank in the nation, today announced the successful completion of its previously announced acquisition of Dallas Capital Bank.
