Osaic Debuts High-Net-Worth Symposium for Advisors

Three-day event delivers advanced insights, peer exchange and access to Osaic expertise to help advisors better serve affluent and ultra-affluent clients

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Osaic, Inc. (“Osaic”), one of the nation’s largest providers of wealth management strategies has launched its inaugural High-Net-Worth Symposium (“HNW Symposium”), a three-day event bringing together leading advisors for advanced education, peer-to-peer best practice sharing and direct access to Osaic’s capabilities designed to help them better serve clients. The launch reflects growing advisor demand for specialized support, advanced planning expertise and solutions tailored to the unique needs of affluent and ultra-affluent clients.

Taking place September 28-30 in Palm Springs, California, the HNW Symposium is designed to help advisors deepen their expertise in serving affluent and ultra-affluent clients while strengthening their practices in a competitive wealth management environment. The Symposium also provides a forum for advisors to share feedback directly with Osaic home office staff and leadership, helping shape the firm’s future offerings and support model.

“Serving high-net-worth clients requires advisors to navigate increasingly complex needs while differentiating the value they deliver,” said Shannon Reid, president and head of advisor engagement at Osaic. “The High-Net-Worth Symposium gives our advisors visibility into sophisticated solutions, industry insights and collective experience, while creating an important opportunity for us to hear directly from them as we continue evolving the support we provide.”

The Symposium will highlight perspectives from Osaic leaders, advisors and outside experts on strategies for differentiating in the high-net-worth market, the behavioral and emotional dynamics that influence affluent client decision making, product and planning capabilities, as well as emerging technology. A pre-conference artificial intelligence session presented in partnership with Microsoft will further explore how emerging technology can support advisors and their practices.

The Symposium opens with a Q&A with Jamie Price, CEO, and Reid, moderated by Joe Gaeckle, Osaic’s Head of Advisor Solutions. In an expanded role designed to create a more connected advisor experience, Gaeckle continues to lead Osaic’s high-net-worth and financial planning solutions while also overseeing the firm’s advisory consulting, product sales, capital solutions and advisor education and development.

Beyond on-stage content, the event fosters an environment for peer-to-peer collaboration, a hallmark of Osaic’s community building efforts, enabling advisors who serve similar clients to exchange best practices and practical insights. Osaic’s emphasis on community provides attendees the opportunity to not just forge connections with Osaic leadership, but with other independent advisors.

“The High-Net-Worth Symposium is designed to give advisors practical ideas they can take back to their businesses, along with deeper access to the expertise and resources available across Osaic,” said Gaeckle. “I’m excited to continue connecting those resources in ways that help advisors strengthen their practices, deliver an exceptional experience for clients, and succeed on their own terms.”

The Symposium is part of Osaic’s continued investment in the people, expertise and capabilities supporting advisors across the firm. Recent additions to the organization include:

  • Justin Bell, Vice President, Due Diligence
  • Kara Julian, Senior Vice President, Products & Platforms
  • Jenn Adams, Vice President, Sales Enablement.

In line with the firm's commitment to community, the Osaic Foundation will announce a new scholarship program for finalists in the Osaic Foundation Financial Literacy Challenge, which is held annually as part of the Virtual Enterprises Youth Business Summit. The competition promotes financial education and provides students with a platform to demonstrate their understanding of key personal finance concepts.
