Anaconda's Kilo Partners with OpenAI to Bring Sign in with ChatGPT to AI Builders

Integration lets builders bring their ChatGPT identity and plan usage into their Kilo by Anaconda coding workflow

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Anaconda Inc., the trusted foundation for AI-native development, today announced that Kilo by Anaconda is a launch partner for Sign in with ChatGPT, a new OpenAI feature. This feature enables AI builders to access Kilo by Anaconda, using their ChatGPT logins.

Enterprise AI stacks have grown increasingly complex and costly, resulting in industry demand for new tools that don’t create additional friction. This integration meets this need with three critical benefits:

  • A Single Log-In: Builders can now sign into Kilo by using their ChatGPT credentials and authenticating with OpenAI. Their ChatGPT account will serve as the login source for Kilo’s cloud services, without needing to create a new additional account or password, saving time spent on identity management.
  • Streamlined Usage Tracking: Builders on eligible ChatGPT Plus or Pro accounts can direct the AI usage already included in their plan toward Kilo, instead of connecting a separate OpenAI API key or paying for usage a second time.
  • Comprehensive Model Access: Builders can seamlessly switch between any of the OpenAI models included in ChatGPT through Kilo’s model gateway, without leaving their workflow.

The feature is available across Kilo's clients, including VS Code, JetBrains, the CLI, Cloud Agents, Code Reviews, and the mobile app.
