Morgan Properties Appoints Jennifer Ellis as Company’s First Head of Investor Relations

Appointment reflects the company’s continued growth and commitment to its investment partners

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Morgan Properties, one of the nation's largest multifamily owners, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Ellis as its first Head of Investor Relations, establishing a dedicated leadership role focused on strengthening investor engagement and supporting the company’s continued growth.

In this role, Ellis will lead Morgan Properties’ investor relations function and serve as a key point of contact for its investment partners. She will focus on strengthening investor communications and reporting while enhancing the infrastructure and processes that support those relationships. Ellis will also oversee the company’s public relations and corporate brand functions, helping ensure consistent communication of Morgan Properties’ strategy, performance, and story across audiences.

Ellis brings more than 15 years of experience across investor relations, client service, and reporting within the institutional asset management industry, with significant experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Morgan Properties, she held roles at EQT Real Estate and CenterSquare Investment Management, where she served as Head of Investor Relations. Earlier in her career, Ellis held roles at Aberdeen Asset Management and Morgan Stanley.

Throughout her career, Ellis has managed institutional relationships, led communications and reporting, and worked closely across investment, finance, legal, and operations teams. Her experience also includes building an investor relations function from the ground up and developing the systems and processes needed to support strong, long-term partnerships.
