CBB Bancorp, Inc. Announces Appointment of Jeffrey D. Green to Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair Role

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CBB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQX: CBBI), the parent company of Commonwealth Business Bank (the “Bank”), today announced the appointment of Jeffrey D. Green to its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the Bank. Mr. Green will also serve as Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee, effective October 1, 2026.

Mr. Green has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, corporate governance, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and financial services leadership. Most recently, he served as an independent director and Audit Committee Chair of HomeStreet, Inc., where he was designated as the Audit Committee Financial Expert. Prior to his board service, Mr. Green spent more than three decades at Moss Adams LLP, now Baker Tilly US, LLP, where he retired as a Partner after serving in several leadership roles, including Financial Institutions National Practice Leader and Everett Office Managing Partner.
