Osmose Acquires Utility Services Division of Alamon

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Osmose Utilities Services Inc., a leading provider of infrastructure assessment and life extension solutions for the utility industry, today announced that it has acquired the assets of Alamon Inc.’s Utility Services division, strengthening Osmose’s core assessment capabilities and expanding its software offering to optimize grid performance.

The acquisition brings a team of specialists with technical expertise and significant experience with non-destructive pole assessment technology, and the proprietary software platform, Alatrac, a cloud-based software platform driven by advanced GIS mapping and AI data analysis technology.

Expanding Osmose Infrastructure Assessment and Software Capabilities

The acquisition reinforces Osmose’s commitment to helping utilities better evaluate the condition of their infrastructure and use assessment data to support informed asset management decisions. Through the acquisition of Alamon’s Utility Services business assets, Osmose will be able to leverage the combined expertise of both organizations.
