Elvis Presley’s Graceland Kicks off the Holiday Season With a Weekend of Elvis, Live Music, and New Holiday Experiences

The three-day Christmas celebration brings the holidays to life with Graceland’s annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony, Dean Z’s Rockin’ Christmas Show, festive events, and a brand-new way to experience the mansion after dark.

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Elvis Presley’s Graceland will welcome the holiday season November 19–21 with Holiday Lighting Weekend, bringing fans and families together for three days of Christmas celebrations at Elvis’ legendary Memphis home. The weekend marks the official start of Graceland’s holiday season, with special programming planned throughout the campus.

The weekend begins Thursday evening, November 19, at 6:00 p.m. CST with Graceland’s annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony, a free event that will also be livestreamed for fans around the world. Guests are invited to gather as the Christmas lights at Graceland are switched on, illuminating the Mansion driveway and bringing Elvis’ beloved holiday decorations to life. Following the ceremony, families can enjoy photos with Santa and holiday crafts.

Also Thursday night, Graceland Unwrapped: After Dark makes its debut. This limited, one-night experience invites guests inside Graceland for a different look at Christmas in Elvis’ home. Through the sights, sounds and scents of the season, along with stories, artifacts and details shared by expert guides, the experience offers a glimpse into what the holidays were like when Elvis was home at Graceland.

Holiday Lighting Weekend continues Friday night, November 20, with the Jingle Jam Holiday Party at The Guest House at Graceland. Hosted by Elvis Radio DJ Argo and featuring 2026 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest winner Finley Watkins, the evening will bring together music, dancing and holiday fun. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite holiday pajamas or festive attire.

On Saturday, November 21, the celebration continues with Elvis Unbuttoned: Archives Show & Tell, featuring Graceland’s Vice President of Archives and Exhibits, Angie Marchese. The program takes guests beyond the spotlight to explore the personal side of Elvis through distinctive fashion, personal favorites and rarely seen items connected to his life at Graceland.

That evening, Dean Z’s Rockin’ Christmas Show returns to the Graceland Soundstage. Dean Z, the 2013 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest champion, performs Christmas classics made famous by legends like Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Brenda Lee, Brian Setzer, and The Ronettes, delivering the best in rock and roll, rockabilly, and swing holiday music.

For guests looking to make the most of the weekend, the Holiday Lighting Weekend Package includes access to a collection of exclusive experiences not available with individual event tickets, along with premium event seating to Soundstage and Guest House events.
