RealManage Expands South Florida Presence Amid Continued National Growth

Company grows its South Florida reach by approximately 50 communities over two years, bringing the total to more than 200 properties across the region

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RealManage, one of the country’s leading community association management companies, today announced it is expanding its presence across South Florida. The company continues to add communities, strengthen its local team, and grow its community association management portfolio in one of Florida’s most dynamic markets.

Over the past two years, RealManage has added approximately 50 communities to its South Florida portfolio. Today, the company manages more than 200 properties across the region. That momentum continues with the addition of two significant communities: an approximately 600-unit twin-tower high-rise community in Hollywood Beach and a community with more than 1,700 units in Doral.
