Ordr Appoints Jamie Chaplin as Vice President of Payment Solutions

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ordr, the commerce intelligence layer for live experiences, today announced the appointment of Jamie Chaplin as Vice President of Payment Solutions. Chaplin will lead the commercial growth of Ordr Pay, the integrated payments side of the Ordr platform, spanning merchant processing, virtual payments, agentic payments and alternative payments.

Chaplin brings nearly two decades in payments and commerce technology. She spent the last six years at Olo, the enterprise ordering and payments platform for the restaurant industry, most recently as Senior Director of Solutions Consulting. There she built and launched the first commercialization framework for Olo’s card-present and card-not-present payments products and led the solutions team behind Olo Pay’s expansion across enterprise restaurant brands. Before Olo, she led partnership development at Worldpay and held sales engineering and partner development roles at Vantiv Integrated Payments, formerly Mercury, and CardConnect.

“Jamie is a world-class executive who has spent her career servicing tens of thousands of companies. Many are up 100x in growth today because she changed how customers transact with them,” said Ryan Bott, CEO of Ordr. “Now, with AI, companies will face the largest shift in buyer behavior the world has ever seen. Jamie built the payment playbook for one of the most respected products in hospitality and is acutely ready for this moment. With Ordr Pay, we extend the same processing rates, service and customer insights our teams and hotels count on to the businesses around them. Those businesses are rewarded by Ordr with access to their favorite teams. Jamie is the leader who will carry all of that to market.”

As Vice President of Payment Solutions, Chaplin will expand Ordr Pay by delivering new payment capabilities to market, including stablecoin, pay by message, virtual payments and agentic processing.
