RIA Opens First Office in Minnesota Led by Team of Experienced Advisors Serving UHNW and HNW Across the Region

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NewEdge Capital Group, LLC, announced today that it expanded into Minnesota with the addition of a NewEdge Wealth office near Minneapolis. The location is the 22nd for NewEdge Wealth, a registered investment advisor specializing in servicing the needs of ultra high net worth and high net worth families, family offices and institutional clients.

The 8-member team based in Wayzata, Minnesota, has significant experience helping clients with wealth transfer, multi-generational wealth and planning related to substantial wealth. James Shafer joins NewEdge as a Managing Director and Michael Block as a Principal. Joseph Gossett, Pamela Smith and Rachelle Carlson-Oien join as Vice Presidents. Also joining are Morgan Cisneros, Nick Rizzo and Carson Shultis as support staff. The team previously managed over $1.25 billion in client assets.
