Zero-instrumentation eBPF sensor now deploys directly in GKE Autopilot clusters through Google's official partner allowlisting framework

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--groundcover, a leading bring-your-own-cloud (BYOC), eBPF and OpenTelemetry (OTel)-native observability platform, today announced it has joined the Google Cloud Partner Network as a Select Google Cloud Technology Partner and is now an approved workload for Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Autopilot.

Teams running new or existing Autopilot clusters can install the groundcover eBPF sensor through Google's partner allowlisting process and begin collecting full-fidelity telemetry within minutes.

GKE Autopilot is Google's fully managed Kubernetes cluster, built to handle infrastructure, scaling, and security on a customer's behalf. Autopilot protects users by only running elevated privilege workloads that have been allow-listed by the customer or through Google Cloud’s partner program.

With the integration live, groundcover customers running or migrating to GKE Autopilot can:

  • Install through Google's approved allowlisting process for privileged partner workloads
